Situated in a central location in Kalkan, our apartment, Suite Sunset, offers the comfort of a villa for our guests. Living Room The living room includes a seating group, plasma TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, dining table, iron and ironing board, and direct access to the poolside. Kitchen The modern designed kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave oven, built-in oven, and a 4-burner stove. Bedrooms Bedroom 1: This en-suite room features a double bed, TV, vanity table, nightstand, air conditioning, jacuzzi, sauna, bathroom, and toilet. Bedroom 2: This en-suite room features 2 single beds, a vanity table, nightstand, air conditioning, and a wardrobe. Pool and Garden The plunge pool, which is 2.60 m long, 2.15 m wide, and 1 meter deep, offers a beautiful sea view. By the pool, there are sun loungers, a barbecue, a dining table, and chairs. Damage Deposit A cash damage deposit of 5000 TL is required upon check-in to the apartment. This amount is fully refunded on the day of check-out, provided there is no damage, loss, or broken items in the property. Guests who rent our apartment are deemed to have accepted the rental terms and conditions available on the www.villaciniz.com.tr website. Check-in and Check-out Times The check-in time for all our properties is 16:00 (4:00 PM), and the check-out time is 10:00 AM. In order to thoroughly clean our properties, conduct necessary checks, and replenish any missing items, we kindly request that our guests strictly adhere to these times. Location Due to the geographical nature of our region, it consists of settlements situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, you may encounter hilly and unpaved (dirt) roads while traveling to the villas. Additionally, since our properties located outside the town center are generally found within villages, it is possible to encounter natural wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
